Peruvian independent researcher who integrates geodesy, mathematics, and archaeology to explore the UFO phenomenon through alignments, orientations, and harmonic distances among ancestral sites. A self-taught engineer, national motocross champion, and innovator in materials for surfing, he disseminates a verifiable method, free of dogmas and open to any curious person.
Born in Lima, his father saw a cylindrical UFO with the whole family in Lince, flying from West to East at the end of the 1930s. Years later—when she was a girl—his mother, five years younger, together with his great-grandmother, saw a metallic saucer suspended in front of the second-floor window of the house, which then disappeared silently.
These two events were revealed to Pedro many years later, when he himself had sightings in the Chilca area and, separately, asked his parents if they had seen a UFO. He investigated on his own and alone: a conscious decision to avoid contaminating his research with third-party opinions, beliefs, or group pressure. He knew of the existence of Grupo Rama, but preferred independence: if the truth existed, it should manifest without external influences. Even so, he read and watched as much material as he could—publications, videos, and lectures—always alert to those seeking to control the narrative.
Pedro became deeply interested upon discovering, using Google Earth, that many ruins and notable sites are aligned and oriented, marking precise directions. He began with the Paracas Candelabrum and then expanded the study to other places. He also observed that the distances between these sites keep mathematical relationships and repetitive patterns: the golden ratio, the square root of 3, and multiples of 231 (measured in meters). These regularities, of surprising exactness and at enormous distances, also appear in ufological sites, geoglyphs, and other ruins of the world, correlated with the UFO phenomenon.
His working conclusion: there was contact between ancient inhabitants of Peru (and of other cultures) and non-human intelligences with technologies more advanced than current ones. This map of alignments and distances relates to the size of the globe and suggests planetary harmony, compatible with wave theory, music, and vibration of energy. The subject is vast: it integrates mathematics, ancestral memory, and an opening of contact with past, present, and future. The best part: he proposes a scientific, verifiable, and within everyone’s reach method, which he shares today.
Training and Life
- Mechanical-Electrical Engineering at PUCP (up to 4th cycle after General Studies) and at UNI.
- He did not graduate due to reasons beyond his control: his last year at UNI was affected by a strike that began at the start of the first term and extended into the following year; the rector declared the year in recess. Newly married and with new responsibilities, he could no longer wait and emigrated to the U.S., where he resided for 21 years, until returning to Peru due to a calling of the soul. There he deepened the relationship between the UFO phenomenon, ruins, and mathematics.
Sports and applied engineering (motocross and surf)
-
National Champion of Motocross 125cc Standard at a time when importing competition motorcycles was difficult; the category encouraged domestic mechanics, where participants developed their own bikes from enduro models—very similar to those used today in deliveries—to make them suitable for motocross.
-
“What was achieved 50 years ago with those motorcycles in Peru has not been seen anywhere else on the planet.”

With his engineering knowledge, he researched and developed the first Peruvian surfboard made of foam (teknopor) and epoxy resin, transforming the local industry and later that of the U.S. He researched and developed specific materials for greater performance:
- Closed-cell extruded polystyrene foam, 100% hermetic to water, with mechanical properties superior to foam.
- SVF-Epoxy (high-performance epoxy system).
-
International competitive impact (year 1990) with SVF-Epoxy:
- Todd Holland, Linden/SVF-Epoxy board → Op Pro, Huntington Beach, California (champion).
- Joel Tudor (15 years old), Takayama/SVF-Epoxy board → Oceanside, California (runner-up, longboard).
- Rob Bain, Rusty/SVF-Epoxy board → Coke Classic, North Narrabeen, Australia (champion, open category).
-
Technology inspired by what was learned on our waves and in the Inca land.
Message and method
Pedro has always investigated with humility, sincerity, courage, and depth whatever touched his interest, including the UFO phenomenon. He maintains that fear is, many times, the product of disinformation. His proposal does not demand beliefs: he invites to measure, verify, and understand.
