Manuel Llanos

Juan Manuel Llanos Ramírez is a renowned Peruvian lawyer who serves in the Judicial Branch in Huánuco. In addition to his legal career, he is a prominent figure in national ufology and is considered a long‑time contactee. He directs the Peruvian Association of Ufology (APU) in Huánuco and the television program Ovnis TV, broadcast in central Peru. His legal training lent credibility to his testimony, helping the public to take his reports, investigations, and experiences about the UFO phenomenon seriously.

Contact Since Childhood

Llanos’s link with the inexplicable began in childhood:

• First contact (Ancón, Lima – 7 years old): he reports having seen a being of more than two meters in height.
• Childhood abduction (approx. 9 years old): together with a cousin and an uncle, they were followed by a circular object. This event marked the beginning of his conscious experiences.

From adolescence, he began receiving telepathic messages, which years later led him to create the Ovnis TV program, dedicated to the investigation of the phenomenon in Huánuco, considered by him a “hot zone” or dimensional portal.

Experience of Extraterrestrial Healing

One of the most impactful events occurred on July 26, when he was hospitalized with a severe infection and high fever (only 370 leukocytes). He felt a premonition: he would be healed.
After being discharged, he dreamed—or lived—an experience in which he was taken to a surgical table by beings over 2.5 meters tall, who passed a light or scanner over his body.

Upon returning to the hospital the next day, tests showed that he had nothing, leaving the doctor perplexed. That same day, craft flew over his house. In mental communication, the beings told him:

“Manuel, we have come to see how you are, so we’ll be seeing each other.”

He then understood that they had fulfilled a commitment because of his outreach work.

Investigations in Huánuco: Gates and Contact Zones

Llanos investigates Huánuco as an epicenter of extraterrestrial activity, centered on three enclaves:

1. Kotosh and Marabamba – Dimensional Portal

• Kotosh (Temple of the Crossed Hands), more than 4,000 years old, contains an energy circle where compasses lose north.
• Daily observation of objects entering and leaving Cerro Marabamba.

2. Kajran (Kairahuanqa) Case – 1976/77

• A circular craft landed and three small beings took refuge in a cave.
• Students brought them flowers, believing they were “little angels.”
• The place hosts rock paintings representing a “metal bird with stairs,” a possible ancestral description of an extraterrestrial landing.

3. Dimensional Gates and Translation

• The case was reported of a 23‑year‑old youth who entered a cave in Kairahuanqa and appeared in Mexico, reinforcing the portal theory.
